How can I place an order?

If you want to buy our products click on "Add to cart". Once the order is complete, click on the basket that you will find in the upper right corner of the screen. You will access the payment page where you can specify your billing information, shipping address and choose the most convenient payment method.

How can I choose the right size?

To find out your size, check the label of a Manfredi garment that fits you. If you don't have any, check the measurement table on the product page.

Can I modify my order?

Once the order process has been completed and the payment has been made correctly, you will not be able to make changes to it. You can always return the entire order or any item you do not want by following the return procedure.

Now can I create an account?

Once the items added to the basket have been confirmed, in the ̈ Login ̈ section, choose the option ̈Create an account ̈.

Will I receive an order confirmation by email?

Yes, as soon as we receive your order you will receive confirmation in your email. If you think the full amount has been deducted from your account, but you haven't received a confirmation email, check your Junk folder.

Can I cancel my order?

We may cancel and refund your order immediately, as long as it has not been shipped. To cancel your order, please contact our Customer Service at info@manfredigroup.es .

Can I track my order?

Send us an email to info@manfredigroup.es requesting your shipping number and we will send it to you as soon as possible.
